Fully enjoyed the experience, a very nice and hip hotel in the center of the city, the staff and the design elements are the best thing about it, what a pity that we have to leave on the day turn out to be the three years anniversary of the hotel (can't imagine how difficult things were when they opened at the heat of pandemic...), but the receptionist lady is really kind to give us tote bag even though we can't catch the first item on the celebrations, a tote bag workshop. If I have to nitpick one thing, is that there's no switch in the room to shut the bathroom fan which can be a bit noisy since the hotel is really quiet, anyway you could ask the front desk to shut it, even though it might restart several hours later as it's done by automatic control. But I didn't meet the rebound from the second day on, so the staffs are really taking care of any complaints:) All in all, definitely want to come back here next time in town!

- Great location, quite close to the main shinkansen station too - Rooms of a decent size and are being cleaned thoroughly every day - Blackout curtains are a huge plus - Mattresses and pillows are extremely comfortable and along with the bed linen make you feel like you're at a 5 star hotel - Nice view from the balcony - Communal space has a bit of a hostel vibe and looks fun if you're up to making some new friends or connections (unfortunately, we didn't travel for a fun reason so we're rather avoiding the common areas) - Stuff speaks fluent English

Check in was super easy! The room was small, but the storage solutions were very nice and thoughtful. There was space underneath the bed for bags, and places to hang things up. The common spaces had a kitchen, though we didn’t use it, and laundry which you have to pay for. All in all, for a small space, it felt very liveable and very clean! The location was also great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. The front desk staff were also very nice, and helped us store our luggage after we checked out for a couple of hours.

Nice room with a great view of the city which had an amazing sunset view! Small room but we had everything we needed. The shared spaces downstairs were a great addition and meant we could hang out on the sofas, play pool, cook in the kitchen and eat comfortably. Washing machines also available at an extra cost too. Lots of nice little touches all over the hotel which you can see they put a lot of effort in designing. A nice vibe overall which was like a youth hostel but a bit nicer!

The hotel was basically the same as many other hotels that I have stayed at in Japan. In other words, the room/entire hotel is extremely clean, the bed is quite comfortable, everything works, the staff is friendly, the location is great, and I had a pleasant stay. Check-in was also fast and easy. I would definitely stay there again, as long as the price is right.
